FOOD PREPARATIONS: TILAPIA TOCINO

Tilapia Tocino


       ·         1 kilo fillet
       ·         8 tbsp. brown sugar
       ·         8 tbsp. soy sauce
       ·         1 whole garlic fresh
       ·         1 tbsp. black pepper

Procedure 

       1.       Clean the fish, remove internal organs, gills, scales etc.

       2.       Behead the fish

       3.       Wash carefully

       4.       Fillet the fish

       5.       Pass into grinder and mix all ingredients

       6.       Stuff manually, wash and drain

       7.       Pack using vacuum machine

       8.       Keep frozen
